Transform your body from the comfort of home with this 16-week body transformation program! This package also includes nutrition which gives recommendations to support your fat loss or muscle gain and strength goals.


For this training program you will need at least 1 pair of dumbbells, a chin up bar, a weighted vest and a kettlebell. (This 16-week program is designed to build muscle and improve conditioning. Once completed you can run the program again beating the reps you last did and add more weight to the weighted vest.)
